Hello! I am Lisa and I love to write and tell stories!

I started writing when I was very young and asked for a typewriter for my tenth birthday. I love making up characters and adventures, but I also love writing about the adventures in my own life even if they are about the crazy squirrels in my backyard.

I also love knitting and crocheting so hence my website title Mamma Knits a Yarn.

I love adventures with my family, we are the original Incredibles and we've added in-laws and grandchildren to the mix.  Every day is a new adventure. Get out there and live it and then don't forget to write about it!
